SLES 70% is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent performance.

It has excellent detergency, emulsification, wetting, dispersion, densifying and foamability performance, it is easy to dissolve in water.As well as favorable hard-water resistant and high-biodegradation.

 

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate Applications

1. Widely used in liquid detergent, such as dishware, shampoo, bubble bath and hand cleaner, etc.

2. In washing powder and detergent for heavy dirty. Using SLES to partially replace LAS, phosphate(STPP)) can be saved or reduced, and general dosage of active matter is reduced.

3. In textile, printing and dyeing, oil and leather industries, it is lubricant, dyeing agent, cleaner, foaming agent and degreasing agent.

Q. How we control SLES quality?
A. (1)Choosing high purity raw material
The raw materials for Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate 70% are Sulfur and Organic Natural AE 
ChoiceChem uses 99.8% pure imported Sulphur: 
Using high purity Sulphur allows the generation of very high purity SO2 which is further used to making high quality SLES than usually obtained. ChoiceChem SLES Dioxane vaule controled very well, we uauslly provide Dioxane vaule less than 10 and 5,this value has always been industry leading. In addition, using a lower value of dioxane would be better in reducing the factors that cause deterioration, minimizing damage to both the human body and mechanical equipment when using this product.

The sulfonation reaction between natural organic compound AEO2 and diluted SO3 results in the formation of sulfonic acid ester.

A. The sampling and testing methodologies we use are strictly in accordance to Chinese Domestic
Standard: GB/T 13529-2022 (please contact us if you need details of GB/T 13529-2022 ). 
B. All products are tested every 2 hours, and substandard products are not allowed to leave the factory. We also have third-party tests carried out every 3 days, to ensure our in-house tests are properly calibrated and accurate.
