Usage:  

1. Before taking a bath with Epsom salt, drink a glass of water.
2. In warm water (no more than 38С) dissolve 300-500 grams of Epsom salt (for children under 3 years old - 50g per 20 liters of water).
3. Take a bath for 30 minutes - 20 minutes for the body's detox, 10 minutes for the absorption of magnesium.
